Political Prisoners 1936-1939

Based on the General Register Of Prisoners of the PVDE, contained in the National Archive of the Torre do Tombo, the dictatorship’s political prisoners between the period 1936-1939 are being studied. It is an ongoing work, by a master’s student from the NOVA School of Social Sciences and Humanities of the NOVA University of Lisbon (FCSH-UNL), supervised by the FCSH-UNL and the Museum of Aljube.
