Inauguration of the Exhibition – Jaime Cortesão-Citizen, Patriot, Member of the Resistance
Today the opening of the exhibition «Jaime Cortesão. Citizen, Patriot, Member of the Resistance.
A life with meaning, struggle and resistance – by word, by writing – and by weapons when this proved to be the only way to overthrow the fascist dictatorship that was installed in Portugal with the silence and indifference of thousands of Portuguese people who believed it was possible to establish a “good and temporary dictatorship against bad politicians”.
At the Aljube Museum, the exhibition will be open to the public until April 25th. One more reason not to miss it.
